Paladar comes to Tysons in May, Gaithersburg later

The restaurant specializes in Central, South American and Caribbean cuisine (with some Cuban notes) and will feature more than 50 rums. The Tysons location has room for 185 people. Popular menu items include ropa vieja, guacamole, ceviche and crab croquetas. There will be rum flights and brunch, too, as well as both a seven day a week and a late night happy hour.
