From corporate dinners and cocktail receptions to birthdays, brunches and milestone celebrations, Paladar combines bold Latin-inspired food, handcrafted cocktails and flexible event spaces to create a private event your guests will actually remember. Planning an intimate dinner? A company celebration? A cocktail reception with the whole team? Paladar offers multiple event configurations for groups big and small, including private and semi-private gatherings, bar-focused events and full-venue buyouts. And there are no room rental fees, although food and beverage minimums may apply depending on the date and time of your event.

Weekend Brunch Events

Give everyone a reason to get together before dinner. Private weekend brunch events are available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., with the current group brunch menu starting at $35 per person.

Take the company gathering out of the conference room. Host team dinners, client events, holiday parties, networking receptions, employee celebrations and more with flexible menus and multiple screens available for custom displays.

Cocktail Receptions & Happy Hours

Weekend Brunch — $35/person

Latin Comfort — $45/person

Paladar Premium — $55/person

Paladar Presidential — $80/person

Choose from selections such as guacamole, skirt steak skewers, Pineapple Rum Glazed Shrimp, sliders, empanadas, Mojo Pork Tostones, Brazilian Cheese Bread and other Latin-inspired bites.

Cocktail reception packages currently start at $22/person.

Buffet Service

Want guests to mix, mingle and build their own plates?

Our current $50/person Paladar Buffet includes guacamole and salsa, a choice of salad, two entrées, two sides and dessert, with refillable food for a two-hour event.
